How to change another Computer Password without knowing their current Password

Follow this step:- 

1. Right click on My Computer/This PC.
2. Click on Manage.
   
3. Click on local users and group.
   
4. Double click on User<'in right box'>.
5. Right click on user name which you want to change the password.
6. Click on set password.
    
7. Click on processed.                                      
8. Enter the new password.
9. Conform the new password.
10. Click on ok.
11. Again click on ok.
12. Now your job is done.
13. Now you can login to that computer with New Password you set.
